Why can't I see documents correctly?
Some operating system set ups may impact your ability to clearly view documents. Firefox and Opera document popup takes a vertical length to the footer of the displayed page. This causes difficulty reading documents in some cases. Internet Explorer has a display issue with all embedded PDF viewers causing multiple scroll bars. This can cause difficulties when trying to navigate the documents.
How do I find my current browser version?
In your browser toolbar select "Help" then select the "About..." option. Here you will see what browser version you are currently using.
How do I download or upgrade a supported browser?
Use the links below to download the most current version of the browser you would like to install.
How long will it take to download a new browser?
Download times vary greatly, depending on the speed and type of internet connection and amount of traffic on the web page being used to obtain the file.
